Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our <strong>Shipping Policy</strong> and are <strong>not guaranteed</strong>. Title and risk of loss pass as permitted by applicable law and consistent with our Shipping Policy.</p><h3>7) Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks</h3><p>All sales are governed by our <strong>Refund Policy</strong>, which includes a <strong>60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee</strong> available to first-time purchasers of a given product, subject to the conditions described in the Refund Policy (including a 30-day minimum trial period, completion of our usage questionnaire, and return of remaining product at the customer's expense). Separate from the Satisfaction Guarantee, we address damaged, wrong, or lost items as described in Section 8 below and in the Refund Policy.</p><p>If you believe there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first at <a href="mailto:contact@mybloomingdays.com"><strong>contact@mybloomingdays.com</strong></a> and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery, fulfillment, and policy acceptance in response to disputes.</p><h3>8) Claims Procedure & Time Limits</h3><p>To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim relating to an order must be submitted to us in writing at <a href="mailto:contact@mybloomingdays.com"><strong>contact@mybloomingdays.com</strong></a> within:</p><ul><li><br/><strong>48 hours</strong> of delivery for shipping damage,<br/></li><li><br/><strong>7 days</strong> of delivery for wrong/missing items or delivery issues, and<br/></li><li><br/><strong>60 days</strong> of delivery for Satisfaction Guarantee claims (first-time purchasers only, additional conditions apply — see the Refund Policy),<br/><br/>as further described in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Failure to notify us within these time limits may result in denial of the claim.<br/></li></ul><h3>9) Accuracy of Information; Corrections</h3><p>We attempt to display product and Site information accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, images, availability, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order affected by an error.</p><h3>10) Promotions & Discount Codes</h3><p>Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We may cancel or refuse promotions in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or policy violations.</p><h3>11) Subscriptions (If Offered)</h3><p>If subscriptions are offered, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency disclosed at checkout until you cancel. Subscription terms presented at checkout are incorporated into these Terms.</p><h3>12) Intellectual Property</h3><p>All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Completing a purchase constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms.</p><h3>19) Assignment</h3><p>We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
